Within the framework of Guelma State Security’s programming of several regional forums based on a national program, I have the honor to inform you of the organization of the first regional forum under the title: “Cybercrime and mechanisms for combating and preventing it,” on December 14-15-16, 2023, in the Mohamed Abdaoui lecture hall. Suwaidani Boudjemaa Complex, according to the following axes:
