Invitation to the International Conference on Internationalization in Higher Education

Dear Esteemed Academics,

We are pleased to announce an upcoming international conference on the theme of "Internationalization in Higher Education," to be held in Samsun, Türkiye. This event enjoys the scientific partnership of 26 universities from 19 countries. Additionally, prestigious Turkish institutions such as the Yunus Emre Institute, the Presidency for Turks Abroad and Related Communities (YTB), the Community of Mediterranean Universities (CMU) and the Eurasian Research Institute, are institutional partners of our conference.

The conference aims to scientifically evaluate and discuss the efforts and experiences related to the internationalization of universities and academics from various countries. This will contribute to a globally contextualized roadmap for internationalization in higher education. The interdisciplinary conference, titled "Internationalization in Higher Education: Navigating Global Challenges and Opportunities" (IHECON24), will take place from October 25-27, 2024.

The conference language is English, and participants have the option to join either in person or online. The conference proceedings and the full text book are managed according to Web of Science (WoS) submission criteria. Additionally, selected full texts will be considered for conversion into articles for publication in special issues of WoS-indexed journals.
