1. Doctoral registration form to download from the University's website (fill in the box reserved for the doctoral student)
2. Birth certificate (12)
3. Master's degree (Original)
4. Master's degree transcripts (Originals)
5. Master annex (Original)
6. Photocopy of Bac transcript
7. Photocopies of diplomas (License, Magister / Master)
8. 03 Photos
9. Discharge of registration fees (at the level of the faculty of attachment)
10. Two declarations on honor to download from the University's website

 (The File must be filed in 02 copies at the level of the faculty of attachment within the time limits mentioned).
